Terms of service
Website terms
When you purchase from the Little Print Den, you are purchasing from Natalie Wells, White House, High Street, Sonning, RG4 6UP, contactable by email on hello@littleprintden.com.
By using the website, the website terms apply to that use.
Sales policy
The prints sold on the website are handprinted. As such, small variations are natural and often a desirable characteristic, making each impression in an edition unique. Acceptable variations include:
Slight variations in ink coverage: Minor changes in pressure or ink distribution create subtle textures or tonality.
Minor colour differences: Small differences in hand-mixed ink batches can cause subtle shifts in hue across an edition.
Small textural details: The natural specks and fibres in handmade or textured papers can show up in the final print.
Incidental "noise": Slight, ghost-like transfers of ink can be a desired artistic effect, adding texture.
Deckled edges: The unique, rough edges of handmade paper create minor variations in the overall paper size.
The edition size of each print is listed. This is for the colour way and paper combination used for that image. Little Print Den may print the same image using different colours/ paper as a separate edition - it will never be an exact copy.
Delivery policy
All prints are usually dispatched between 2-3 working days after orders are placed. Orders are only sent within the UK. All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. The customer email address and phone number will be provided to Royal Mail for the purposes of tracking. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order once dispatched using the tracking code received.

Please contact me by email on hello@littleprintden.com before you return anything so that the return can be approved.
Refunds are not provided for any prints that are left at depots uncollected. If your prints have not arrived at the expected time, please first check the status of delivery on the Royal Mail track and trace website.
Refunds or replacements are not provided in any instance where incorrect shipping addresses have been given - it is the customers responsibility to make sure these are correctly given at the checkout. If you have accidentally given an incorrect shipping address, please contact me asap with an updated address, as once orders are shipped these details cannot be amended.
In the extremely rare event where an order arrives damaged, please do contact me directly as soon as possible by emailing hello@littleprintden.com, with photos of the damaged item(s), and I will work with you to find a solution. Prints are well packaged in tissue paper inside board envelopes or tubes and so it is extremely unlikely that they are damaged in transit, however I do accept that there is a risk that this can happen on rare occasions.
For prints sent out in postal tubes, it is recommended to remove them from the tube as soon as possible in order for the paper to flatten.
